NGC Shanghai Business Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (NGC Shanghai), the China-based affiliate of Paper Money Guaranty (PMG), will now offer full-time PMG authentication, grading and encapsulation of vintage banknotes.

Previously, vintage paper money was graded in Shanghai only during on-site grading events, which were held several times each year. Recent efforts by PMG to expand and develop its Shanghai banknote grading team have enabled it to now grade virtually all notes on a daily basis.
