Posted on 26/08/2019

Collectors in India will benefit from a second Official Submission Center to NGC, NCS and PMG, as well as another PMG on-site grading event in November.

The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) has appointed Marudhar Arts an Official Submission Center in India. CCG's independent member companies include Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS) and Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).

Marudhar Arts is one of India’s leading numismatic dealers and auctioneers. It was founded in 1966 by Mr. Prem Ratan Maru and is now run by his son, Mr. Rajender Maru, who has upgraded the company’s technology to include an online store and regular printed/internet auctions.

As an Official Submission Center in India, Marudhar Arts will assist Indian collectors and dealers with submissions to NGC, NCS and PMG. Marudhar Arts can also answer questions about the services and benefits of NGC, NCS and PMG.

Established in 1987, NGC is a leading third-party coin grading service with more than 44 million coins certified. PMG, a leading third-party paper money grading service, has certified more than 4 million banknotes, more than half of them from Asia. NCS is a leading professional coin conservation service with more than 1 million coins conserved.

“We are honored to work with Marudhar Arts to better serve collectors and dealers in India,” says Mr. Steven R. Eichenbaum, CEO of CCG. “We look forward to continuing to expand and enhance our services in the country.”

“NGC, NCS and PMG make it easier and safer to collect coins and banknotes,” says Mr. Maru, Chairman of Marudhar Arts. “We are pleased to offer their value-added services to our customers.”

PMG will conduct its second on-site grading event in India from November 13-18, 2019. During this event, a team of PMG graders and operations specialists will perform their normal services in India with a significantly faster turnaround time. Submissions for the PMG India November On-site Grading Event should be made to an Official Submission Center in India on or before Saturday, October 26, 2019.
