Learn from NGC, NCS and PMG Experts in Video Presentations at Online Show

Numismatic graders will discuss the benefits of third-party certification and answer questions.

Two certification experts with Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty (PMG®) will offer video presentations and answer questions at the upcoming Festival of Coins, being held virtually through mid-October. Each 30-minute presentation will be followed by a 30-minute question-and-answer session.

Dave Camire, NGC Grading Finalizer and NCS President, will give a presentation titled "Why Use Third-party Certification for Your Collectible Coins, Tokens and Medals?" The presentation will help familiarize collectors with third-party certification and the services and benefits of NGC and NCS. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 2 at 3 p.m. BST (British Summer Time), which is 10 a.m. EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).

NGC provides expert and impartial certification, grading and encapsulation services for collectible coins, tokens and medals backed by a comprehensive guarantee. NCS provides conservation services for coins, tokens and medals. Camire is an authority on mint errors and modern minting technology and production. Camire will make the presentation via video from NGC's world headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA.

Colin Blyth, a Senior Numismatist with PMG, will give a presentation titled "Why Use Third-party Certification for Your Collectible Notes?" The presentation will help familiarize collectors with third-party certification and the services and benefits of PMG. The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 1 at 3 p.m. BST (British Summer Time), which is 10 a.m. EDT (Eastern Daylight Time).

PMG provides expert and impartial certification, grading and encapsulation services for collectible paper money backed by a comprehensive guarantee. Blyth has a Master's of Business Administration from Queen's University in Canada and has been a paper money collector for more than 20 years. Blyth will make the presentation via video from PMG's world headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA.

The Festival of Coins, based in the United Kingdom, is being held September 18 to October 16, 2020. It offers collectors and dealers in the United Kingdom and beyond the opportunity to gather online for a numismatic event that replicates the aspects of traditional numismatic shows, many of which have been canceled this year.
